Prepare the Equipment
Carefully disassemble your fitness gear and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and accessories are included.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to schedule a convenient pickup time for your large-item return.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
